Los 3 Garcias Mexican Restaurant Review

Los 3 Garcias is by far my favorite restaurant in Colorado. The service is amazing, the food is geniunely authentic mexican food. Having lived in Mexico for seven years I should be familiar with the taste, and authenticity.

I completely stand by Los 3 Garcias, Lakewood’s finest Mexican Restaurant.

1. Food Quality
The food was cooked to order, and the temperature was perfect. The produce appeared fresh, and the seafood was very good, I also ordered pork chops which were perfect.

2. Customer Service
The service is great, often times the owner himself comes out to your table asks you how the food is, and offers suggestions, tips, and geniunely wants your opinion on any improvements they might need to make.

3. Pricing
The food here is affordable and you get far more than you pay for.

In Conclusion
This is my new regular friday evening destination, and after work takeout spot. I have to say I was really impressed.

Davie’s Chuck Wagon Diner Review

The other morning my girlfriend and I went out for breakfast. It was her idea. I personally wanted to stay in and have her make eggs and hashbrowns but I didn’t get my way. Instead we went out.

We headed over to Davie’s Chuck Wagon Diner

She had the Sirloin Steak and Eggs, with Hash Browns, and Hotcakes. I had a short stack of pancakes. Here’s our thoughts.

1. Food Quality
The food was cooked to order, and the temperature was perfect. The hashbrowns were a bit on the soft side, but overall the quality of the food was great.

2. Customer Service
The customer service at Davie’s was about what I remembered it, albeit far less personable than it used to be when I was a kid. We had two different servers, and it seemed very professional vs personable and inviting. Overall however the service was adequate, although it felt less like a Mom and Pop joint and more like going out to a Denny’s.

3. Pricing
There is no more affordable breakfast in all of the Denver Metro Area.

In Conclusion
I will obviously be back, although because of the slight change in personable service I probably won’t be as regular as my father was. We used to go about every weekend. If I had to recommend anything I’d say try to improve the customer service, and don’t be afraid to raise the prices in light of this.

I give this restaurant 2.5 Stars out of 5.
